Ninja hooks are a nice addition to your training. Available in the T-bar with hook and the Stick with hook.

This set has two Ninja hooks with which you can pull or move yourself. The hook has a large diameter and fits around a rod or scaffolding tube.

If you want extra possibilities to train your skills, get the set of two Ninja hooks with four stainless steel rings and mounting straps. If you hang the rings one after the other, you train your squeezing strength and your eye-hand coordination.

The Ninja hooks are finished with a powder coating in the color red or black. And they are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Which Ninja hook is best for me?

Which Ninja hook suits you best depends on your level and what you want to achieve.

The Ninja hooks are available in a Stick with hook or T-bar with hook.

The difficulty of the T-bar is level 7 on a scale from 1 to 10.

The difficulty of the Stick is level 9.
