This set with Gibbons is a fun and valuable addition to your obstacle course. With a Gibbon you train strength and coordination in your hands, arms and upper body.

Two hardwood sticks are supplied with this set of four Gibbons. You use this to swing from one Gibbon to another. Because the Gibbons swing back and forth, it is extra difficult to place the stick. Especially if you have several Gibbons in a row!

The Gibbon has a finish of wear-resistant powder coating in the color red or black. And is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Optional mounting sets can be ordered. A set has two mounting straps with a length of 30 cm and a galvanized carabiner.

How many Gibbons do I need?

We often get the question how many gibbons you need in your obstacle course. We recommend one gibbon per meter for experienced users. And for beginners 1 gibbon per 75cm.

To practice the technique properly, hang at least four Gibbons in a row.
