A climbing net is also called a cargo net and you will encounter it in an obstacle course, a high ropes course or at an obstacle race. A climbing net can be used in many ways and is very popular among participants of obstacle running and high rope adventures.

The climbing nets are available in different colors and rope types. The standard version is made of 18mm polyprop rope in the colors black and manila. It is also possible to use a different thickness of rope or other rope type, such as polyhemp. That rope is slightly softer and is often used indoors in gyms, ninja gyms and during indoor sports lessons at schools.
Mounting a climbing net
A climbing net can be mounted on, for example, a scaffolding tube, a beam or wooden pole.
The standard finish of the climbing net is an edge without ropes or loops (eye splice). We can split ropes or loops on the net. A thimble can be spliced in that loop. You can easily attach the net to steel eyes with the help of a shackle or carabiner.
